Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.


Returns & Refunds

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in original condition.

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
However, if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, Rotta will cover the return shipping costs.

Please note that certain fees (such as payment processing or transaction fees) may be deducted from the refund amount.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Estimated delivery times:

  • Canada: 3–7 business days
  • International: 7–15 business days

Delays may occur due to shipping carriers or customs.
